Multifunctional purification vehicle

This is an intelligent mobile one-stop livestock harmless treatment system, which uses the biological laboratory to process the experimental sample level process, namely "high temperature refining method". The design has a multi-segment robotic arm, which can automatically grab livestock for delivery. The dead livestock are killed and poisoned by high temperature and high pressure through sealed containers, then transferred to drying containers for drying and compressed into block materials by hydraulic bars, which are then sent out by conveyor belts for transfer. The daily processing capacity of a single equipment can reach 200 cattle. The whole processing process is completely closed and unmanned, which can achieve zero pathogen and zero pollution. The processed materials can be used to make fertilizer. This design is based on the mature "high temperature refining method" technology, reasonable structural design. Breaking through the traditional heavy pollution solution of incineration and burying, the mechanical arm, high-temperature treatment equipment and walking mechanism are creatively combined to become a mobile one-stop harmless treatment system for livestock. It provides a new environmentally friendly and efficient solution to the problem of post-disaster livestock treatment.
